EEA Acquires Energy International Assets

Energy and Environmental Analysis, Incorporated (EEA) in Arlington, Virginia announced this week that it has acquired the contract assets of Energy International of Seattle, Washington. In addition, the former employees of Energy International have joined EEA. EEA President Joel Bluestein stated "The Energy International staff and work program are a highly compatible addition to EEA's core areas of expertise in energy technology and market assessment, distributed generation and gas industry issues. We're also pleased to be able to better serve our west coast clients through this new Seattle office." The new EEA Seattle office is located at 12011 NE First St, Bellevue Washington.

Rick Tidball, former Vice President of Energy International concurred, stating "EEA is a great match for our technology and market analysis work and will allow us to expand the capabilities we offer our clients."
